Calvin at Sean Cody

Who is that gorgeous man smiling at the camera? That's Calvin, our latest discovery who has already completed two scenes with Sean Cody. Calvin is a great guy and not bad on the eyes, either. He arrived in chilly San Diego from the heatstroke-inducing weather on the east coast. It's been unseasonably cold in San Diego this summer, and Calvin didn't seem to mind getting out of the oven to some cooler weather. But, seriously, the coldest summer on record in DECADES? Usually it's sweltering this time of year. It's only been in the past week that it's warmed up. But where I am, I don't know that it's been above 90 degrees yet. Although we did have a couple of hot days after the June cold snap, then, bam, back to cool weather.

I always think it's fun to see two of my discoveries work together in the same scene. Over on Corbin Fisher, Aaron and Ethan recently appeared together. Aaron I placed with another studio, but he recently made the jump over to Corbin Fisher, which I am happy to see because he really wasn't getting the work he deserved elsewhere. Ethan finally made the jump to doing guy/guy sex scenes and he's just fantastic at his work. I'm happy to see Aaron has progressed quite nicely in his physical appearance.

I don't know why I'm excited about this, but I'm happy to have finally found my first African-American model. He is ready to go and I'm just waiting for the studio to give the green light. Quick Update

In my last posting, I reported taking a jaunt to Vegas. It was a great trip, and the first time in years when I didn't concentrate on work for four entire days. I met up with some friends who, on a Sunday night, took me to Freemont Street. We went into a biker bar called Hogs and Heifers, and I highly recommend it. The bar bitches yell at the patrons with bullhorns. I saw the cutest blue-eyed blonde boy in the bar - and stupid me didn't have any business cards on me. But I was on vacation! Oh, well.

Apparently, the month is July and it's summer. But here in Southern California, San Diego especially, we've had unseasonably cold weather. Up until a couple of days ago, we hadn't seen the sun in nearly two weeks. It's been fucking depressing to say the least. It's felt more like November than July. I'm ready for warm weather, please. Bring it!

Next weekend is Gay Pride Weekend here in San Diego. I could really care less. I went last year with a friend and only wanted to go because he wanted to experience his first Pride. I haven't been to Pride in other cities, but the one in San Diego feels more like a gay yard sale. I doubt I'll go this weekend. We'll see.

I had a great week in welcoming a new model to San Diego for work with a studio. I think he's going to do quite well and I'll post his pictures once he comes out on the site.
